A private Saudi university was ordered by an enforcement court in Riyadh to pay SAR 92.6 million to a Malaysian firm, within five days as of the notification date, the Saudi ministry of justice said in a statement.

The move came as the court upheld an award by International Court of Arbitration, a branch of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.

The enforcement was based on Article 11 of the Enforcement Law, and on the provisions of the New York Convention, the statement added.
