Herfy approves resignation of deputy CEO, appoints new one

Herfy Food Services Co.’s board of directors accepted on Thursday the resignation of the Deputy CEO, Mohamed Hamed Fayez, effective as of May 31.

 

Fayez has stepped down for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The Saudi-listed firm also appointed Eng. Anes bin Ahmed bin Mohamed Moamena as the new Deputy CEO and a non-executive board member, representing Savola Group, as of May 31, 2018.
