MEAHCO signs contracts for Saudi expansion projects

Middle East Healthcare Co. on Sunday said work on the design and construction on the outpatient tower and inpatient beds expansion in Saudi German Hospital Riyadh, and Makkah Hospital and Staff Housing in Makkah and Dammam will commence from Aug.5.

 

The contracts were signed on Aug.4, with the projects slated for completion within 36 months from the date of award, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In March, MEAHCO awarded a SAR 193.66 million contract for its Riyadh project to International Hospital Construction Company (IHCC). The same company bagged a SAR 600.74 million for Makkah and Dammam projects in May.

 

MEAHCO said there had been no change in the cost of the projects.
