FIPCO makes key appointments

The board of directors of Filing and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (FIPCO) approved the appointment of Ahmed Abdullah Al-Barrak as the chairman and Faisal Mohammed Al Harbi as the executive vice chairman and managing director, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

 

The board of directors also approved the formation of the Nomination and Remuneration committee, effective Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
