Pak-Saudi Joint Trade Mission inks deals to boost relations

Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry on Saturday signed memorandum of understandings (MoUs) with five chambers of Pakistan including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Haripur Chambers of Commerce & Industry, as part of the Pak-Saudi Joint Trade Mission, Saudi Gazette reported.

 

The MoUs will enhance bilateral trade and investment between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, the report said.

 

The trade bodies that are signatories to MoU would act as focal points to facilitate businessmen to have frequent exchange of delegates, exchange of Information, and mutual facilitation to ease doing business in partner countries.

Pak-Saudi Joint Trade Mission held two-day meetings in Jeddah, with the participation of 36 Pakistani and 80 Saudi food and construction companies under Saudi Export Development Authority (SEDA) to discuss and explore opportunities to increase bilateral trade.
