Argaam launches new analytical tool for REIT investors

Argaam.com launched today a new enhancement to its REIT funds analysis tools to help investors and researchers assess and analyze the operating and financial position of Saudi-listed REIT funds and their constituent properties.

 

The new service tracks the data of constituent real estate properties within each REIT fund listed in Saudi Arabia, and offers in-depth analysis of properties' acquisition value, market value, rental yield, occupancy levels, leasing contract terms, besides cross-REIT comparison tools.
