BATIC names new audit committee chairman

BATIC Investment and Logistics Co.'s board of directors on Tuesday named Taha Mohammed as an audit committee chairman, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The appointment proposal is pending the approval of the coming general meeting, the statement added.

 

During the meeting, the board approved the resignation submitted by Fawaz bin Abdelsataar, the audit committee chairman.
