Saudi expat remittances up 6% in January

Remittance outflows by expatriates in Saudi Arabia increased by 6 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 11.02 billion in January, data issued by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.

 

Compared to December, expat remittances decreased by 3 percent, or around SAR 286 million.
