Baazeem to vote on 15% cash dividend on April 18

Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders on April 18 will vote on a 15 percent cash dividend, to be issued at SAR 1.50 per share, for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

The second-half dividend, which will total SAR 15.2 billion, will be distributed to eligible shareholders on April 20.

 

Dividends will be paid on April 28, the statement added.

 

Shareholders are also set to review the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for fiscal year 2018. They will also discuss a board remuneration of SAR 3.18 million for the fiscal year 2018.

 

An external auditor will be also appointed, the statement added.
