ANB deposits proceeds from fractional shares today

Arab National Bank deposited today the proceeds from selling 806 fractional shares at SAR 24.76 each for a total of SAR 19,956, the lender said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, ANB shareholders approved in March a 50 percent capital hike to SAR 15 billion from SAR 10 billion through the issue of one bonus share for every two shares held.
