BATIC names Mohammad Al-Arifi as new CFO

BATIC Investment and Logistics Co.’s (BATIC) board of directors has appointed Mohammad Al-Arifi as its new chief financial officer (CFO) from June 16, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new appointment came after former CFO Magdy Radwan had tendered his resignation on April 30.

 

The resignation will come into effect on May 31, the company added.

 

Al-Arifi is CFA Charterholder and CMA Charterholder. He served as Manager of Loan Review & Collection Division at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) in 2006.

 

He also served as credit team leader at SIDF and other entities.
