Mulkia Gulf REIT plans 1.2% dividend for first 2 months of 2020

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay a 1.2% cash dividend for the 2-month period from Jan. 1, 2020 until March 1, 2020, at SAR 0.12 per unit, amounting to SAR 7.2 million, the fund manager, Mulkia Investment, said in a bourse statement.

 

 The dividend represents 1.22% from net assets based on the fair market value as of March 1, 2020, the fund manager added.
