Samba to vote on 7% cash dividend for H2 2019 on March 25

Samba Financial Group’s shareholders are set to vote on a 7% cash dividend for the second half (H2) of 2019, at SAR 0.7 per share, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on March 25, 2020.

 

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the bank’s board of directors to distribute cash dividend for FY20 on a semiannual or quarterly basis.
