Kingdom Holding approves 1.25% quarterly cash dividend for FY2020

Kingdom Holding Co.’s board of directors approved on Monday the recommendation to distribute a 1.25% quarterly cash dividend for the fiscal year 2020, amounting to 5% for the full year.

 

The developer will issue a dividend of SAR 163.9 million each quarter from retained earnings, totaling SAR 655.9 million for the year, it said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

The figure was determined after Kingdom Holding chairman Prince Alwaleed bin Talal gave up his full entitlement of the proposed annual cash distribution, totaling nearly SAR 1.197 billion.
