National Shipping Co. of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for the first half of 2020, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 393.75 million, the company said in a bourse statement.
Earlier today, the company’s board of directors declared the dividend distribution policy for the fiscal years 2020, 2021 and 2022, Argaam reported.
