Zahrat Al Waha shareholders approve 10% cash dividend for 2020

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.’s shareholders approved the board of directors' recommendation on paying cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 26, 2021.

In addition, shareholders authorized the board to pay interim dividend for 2021, on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, and discharged board members from liabilities during 2020.

 

Furthermore, shareholders rejected bonus worth SAR 225,000 for independent members of the board for 2020.
