SABIC shareholders to vote on 22.5% dividend for H2 2021 on April 10

Saudi Basic Industries Corp.’s (SABIC) shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing a 22.5% cash dividend, or SAR 2.25 per share, for the second half of 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to be held on April 10.

 

They will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
