Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co.'s shareholders approved an 8.5% cash dividend for 2021, at SAR 0.85 per share, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on May 17, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also delegated the board of directors to distribute interim dividend for 2022 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis.
They also ratified SAR 2.277 million board remuneration for the same fiscal year.
Meanwhile, they approved the businesses and contracts conducted between Amlak and Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), in which board members Majed Fakeeh (General Manager of Corporate Banking at SAIB) and Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Rayes (CEO of Alistithmar Capital, which is 100% owned by SAIB), have indirect interest.
SAIB holds 22.40% of shares represented in Amlak, in the form of renewing the credit facilities with the bank in an amount totaling SAR 664.5 million for one year.
The facilities made in 2021 stood at SAR 449.23 million without preferential conditions.
