MEPCO shareholders approve 10% cash dividend for 2021

Shareholders of Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO) approved the board of directors’ recommendation for the payout of a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 13, according to a bourse filing.
