Al Maather REIT to distribute 4.4% cash dividend for 9M 2022

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. announced the distribution of a 4.4% cash dividend to Al Maather REIT Fund unitholders for the first nine months of 2022, at SAR 0.44 per unit, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The dividend represents 5.24% of net assets based on the fair market value as of Sept. 30, 2022, the fund manager added.
