Shareholders of Arab National Bank (ANB) approved the distribution of a 6% cash dividend, or SAR 0.60 per share, for the second half of 2022, during the ordinary general meeting held on March 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2023.
Furthermore, they elected the board members for the next three-year term starting April 1, 2023, including Salah Al-Rashed, Abdulmohsen Al Touq, Obaid Alrasheed, Hesham Aljabr, Osama AlAtiki, Mohammed Faraj Alzahrani, Thamer Alwadai, Naim Al-Husseini, Randa Sadik and Mohammad Alghanamah.
Meanwhile, shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee, as well as determined the duties and remuneration of its members. The members are Thamer Alwadai, Khalid Albawardi, and Abdullah Alanazi.
