Alinma Retail REIT to distribute 1.25% dividend for H2 2022

Alinma Investment Co. announced the distribution of a 1.25% cash dividend to Alinma Retail REIT’s unitholders for the second half of 2022, at SAR 0.125 per unit, as indicated below:

As for 2022, a cash dividend amounting to SAR 26.55 million, or SAR 0.225 per share, was distributed, according to a Tadawul statement today, April 9.
 

The H2 2022 dividend represented 1.628% of the fund's net asset value as of Dec. 31, 2022, the fund manager noted.
