Mouwasat shareholders approve 30% dividend for 2022

Shareholders of Mouwasat Medical Services Co. greenlit the board’s proposal for a 30% cash dividend, or SAR 3 per share, for 2022, in the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 7.
