Astra shareholders approve 25% cash dividend for 2022

Astra Industrial Group’s shareholders approved the payment of a cash dividend at 25% of capital, or SAR 2.5 a share, for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 28, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute cash dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2023, the statement added.
