Tawuniya shareholders approve 10% cash dividend for 2022

Shareholders of The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya)  approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 a share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 7, as shown below:

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that shareholders approved all other EGM agenda items, including business and contracts concluded with related parties.
