SHL shareholders OK 5% dividend for 2022

Shareholders of SHL Finance Co. greenlit the board’s proposal for a 5% dividend payout, or SAR 0.5 a share, for 2022 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 21, according to a statement to Tadawul.
