Shareholders of Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 30% of capital, or SAR 3 a share, for the second half ended March 31, 2023.
This came during the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Aug. 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.
