Luberef shareholders approve 50% cash dividend for H2 2023

Saudi Aramco Base Oil Co.’s (Luberef) shareholders approved the payment of a cash dividend at 50% of capital, or SAR 5 a share, for H2 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 28, as follows:

Meanwhile, shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2024 on a semiannual or quarterly basis, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
