Saudi Cement Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend, at SAR 1 per share, for the second half of 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on April 24, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Meanwhile, shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute dividends for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
In addition, the EGM will vote on transferring the statutory reserve balance of SAR 459 million as of Dec. 31, 2023, to the retained earnings account.
