The dividend represents 1.20% of net asset value as of Dec. 31, 2023, the fund manager said in a statement to Tadawul today, April 17.
The fund's previously repurchased units will have no voting rights and will not be entitled to receive dividends.
The fund manager will temporarily suspend the buyback of units until the close of trading on April 25, the statement added.
