US rig count rises 2 units to 548 last week: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count rose two units to 548 in the week ended April 14, General Electric Co.’s Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.
 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count rose two units to 143 in the week.
