US rig count rises 3 units last week: Baker Hughes

The US drilling rig count increased three units to 601 in the week ended Aug. 12, General Electric Co.’s Baker Hughes energy services firm said in its closely followed report on Friday.

 

Meanwhile, the gas rig count declined one unit to 160 in the week.
