Retal Urban Development Co. reported a net profit of SAR 134.3 million in H1 2025, from SAR 134.5 million in the year-earlier period.

The profit growth was attributed to a 13.24% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue from development contracts, driven by higher completion rates of ongoing projects.

 

In addition, the company reported earnings of SAR 32.68 million from the partial sale of units it owns in a real estate investment fund.

 

On the other hand, general and administrative expenses increased by 31.47% YoY due to higher recruitment and employee-related costs, in line with the company’s ongoing expansion strategy.

 

Q2 2025 net profit dropped by 8% YoY to SAR 66.1 million, on slower sales across ongoing projects.
