Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rashed’s 9M 2025 earnings up 74% to SAR 66.1M; Q3 profit soars 109%

Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rashed & Sons Co. (SAR), which is currently in the process of listing on TASI, posted SAR 66.1 million in net profit for the first nine months of 2025, a rise of 74% from SAR 38 million a year ago.

The increase in the nine-month profit was driven by a 28% revenue hike to SAR 545.4 million, which was reflected in a 63% increase in gross profit to SAR 118.6 million. This was backed by higher building materials sales that reached SAR 470.3 million in 9M 2025, compared with SAR 345.5 million in the same period a year earlier.

Moreover, the nine-month gross profit margin jumped to 22%, compared with 17% in 9M 2024, as a result of a decline in the cost-of-revenue-to-revenue ratio to 78%. Operating profit also rose 85% YoY to SAR 73 million. Besides, the 9M 2025 EBITDA improved to SAR 116.5 million, from SAR 78.5 million a year earlier.

Similarly, the Q3 2025 net profit surged 109% to SAR 25 million, from SAR 11.92 million. On a sequential basis, the three-month bottomline climbed by 38.7% from SAR 18 million in Q2 2025.

Total shareholders’ equity (after minority interest) amounted to SAR 398.54 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 336.60 million in the same period last year.
