Sport Clubs Co. reported a net profit of SAR 10.3 million for the first six months of 2025, a rise of 9.6% from SAR 9.4 million in the year-earlier period.

The company attributed the higher profit to an 18.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in topline as revenues from Body Motions and Body Masters increased by 7.5% and 6% YoY, respectively. Similarly, Body Experts also recorded a 272.8% YoY surge in revenues.

 

Sport Clubs had recorded an exceptional gain of SAR 2.05 million in the first half of 2024 on the termination of two lease contracts based on IFRS 16. Meanwhile, one-off expenses of SAR 585,500 were incurred in H1 2025 from the company’s IPO.

 

The second-quarter net earnings grew by 27.8% to SAR 6.9 million, from SAR 5.3 million in Q2 2024 as revenues grew by 19.1% YoY primarily due to increased membership subscriptions.
