Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. (Gulf General) inked an agreement with Al-Rashid Trading & Contacting Co. to provide health insurance services to the company's staff and their dependents, the Saudi insurer said in a bourse filing.
The gross value of the agreement will exceed 5 percent of Gulf General's gross revenue for FY18.
The statement added that the agreement will extend for one year as of July 3, 2019, and expected to have a positive impact on Gulf General’s financials.
No related parties are involved in the deal, the insurer stated.
