The board of directors of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund and Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund appointed on July 9 Ghannam Al Ghannam as chairman, fund manager Jadwa Investment said in a bourse statement.
Both the funds also appointed Asad Khan and Nouf Al Sharif as board members, the statement added.
The new appointments followed the resignation of former chairman Zaheeruddin Khalid, as well as board member Fahad Al Turki, the statement added.
