MEFIC REIT Fund will pay a 3.76 percent cash dividend from the fund’s listing date in November 2018 to June 30, 2019, at SAR 0.376 per unit, amounting to SAR 27.6 million, the fund manager, MEFIC Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 3.61 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
