Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co. (Tihama) signed on July 11 a SAR 3 million Murabaha agreement, the company said in a bourse statement.
The two-year facility, which will be repaid quarterly, is intended to finance the working capital and operating activities of the company and its affiliates.
The credit is covered by a promissory note and a mortgage of commercial debt balances.
