Al Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors has approved the appointment of Mohammad Bin Bandar Al Saud as the Chairman and Omar Saleh Babeker as the Vice Chairman, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
The board also formed the audit committee, executive committee, the numeration and nomination committee, and the risk-management committee, the investment committee, the statement added.
The insurer received the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the Kingdom central bank, for these appointments on July 16, 2019.
