Al Rajhi REIT Fund reported a net profit of SAR 30.05 million (SAR 0.245 per unit) for the first half of 2019, Al Rajhi Capital, the fund manager said in a bourse statement disclosing the fund’s unaudited financial statements for the period.
The annual dividend yield was 6.4 percent with total dividend paid of SAR 39.1 million at SAR 0.32 per unit.
Net assets stood at SAR 1.24 billion or SAR 10.17 per unit while funds from operations amounted to SAR 38.52 million or SAR 0.315 per unit.
