Prices of construction materials in Saudi Arabia were mixed in H1 2019, with steel and cement rising 3.3 percent and 1.6 percent year-on-year (YoY), respectively.
Ready-mix concrete also edged up 0.3 percent YoY in the same period, data issued by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) showed.
Cable prices declined 2 percent YoY.Wood prices also slipped 0.2 percent YoY in H1.
