Taiba Holding Co. will pay cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019 on Aug. 26, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders of record on Aug. 6, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.
Earlier this month, the company’s board recommended a 4.5 percent cash dividend at SAR 0.45 per share for Q2 2019, according to data compiled by Argaam.
