Riyad REIT Fund’s net profit stood at SAR 33.64 million for H1 2019, Riyad Capital said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Net Asset Value (NAV) reached SAR 1.7 billion, while net value per unit hit SAR 9.84.
The fund reported SAR 30.9 million in total expenses and fees. Funds from operations for the period reached SAR 41.2 million.
Total number of outstanding units reached 171.4 million for the same period, with a return of 2.52 percent the statement added.
