Halwani Bros has sold 19,366 fractional shares on Aug. 21, 2019 at SAR 35.38 per share for a total of SAR 685,177, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Sept. 4, 2019 via Banque Saudi Fransi, the statement added.
Halwani shareholders approved on Aug. 5 a 10 percent capital hike to SAR 314.29 million from SAR 285.71 million through bonus shares (One share for every 10 outstanding shares), Argaam reported.
