The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) has deposited today Abdulla Saad Abo Moati For Bookstore Co.’s issued shares into investors’ portfolios.
The shares were deposited after increasing capital to SAR 200 million from SAR 160 million through the issuance of bonus shares.
In March, Saudi market regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), approved the company’s request to increase capital by 25 percent.
