The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) has implemented the securities quantity increase for Saudi Chemical Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Sunday, Sep. 22, according to a bourse filing.
Last week, shareholders approved a 33.33 percent capital hike to SAR 843.2 million from SAR 632.4 million through the issue of bonus shares.
