Al Khaleej Training and Education Co. has extended a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al Rajhi REIT Fund for 30 days, starting from Oct. 1, 2019, both companies said in separate bourse statements.
The company aims to complete the procedures to sell educational assets under the same terms and conditions.
On Mar. 31, 2019, AlKhaleej signed a preliminary deal with Al Rajhi REIT Fund for 180 days to sell and lease back three educational properties, Argaam reported.
