The price range for the initial public offering (IPO) of the state-owned Saudi Aramco will be disclosed on Sunday, Nov. 17, according to an official document published in Saudi banks.
The announcement will be on the same day of requests submission for both institutions and retail investors.
The book-building process for institutional investors will run from Nov. 17 through Dec. 4.
Meanwhile, the retail offering period will begin on Nov. 17 and close on Nov. 28.
The world's largest oil exporter will sell a maximum of 0.5% of total offered shares to retail investors, Saudi Aramco earlier said in the IPO prospectus.
