Dallah Healthcare Co. ended its joint venture agreement with AWJ Investment Co. to build and operate a new integrated hospital in Jeddah, it said in a bourse filing.
In November 2017, the healthcare firm agreed with AWJ Investment to invest SAR 350 million in the new hospital, which was planned to be directly financed from its profit along with other bank facilities, Argaam reported.
